The B Corp certification assessment, known as the B Impact Assessment (BIA), evaluates businesses across five key areas: Community, Workers, Customers, Environment and Governance. Our current score reflects our commitment to being an active, engaged and responsible business that is always looking to improve.

At Global Warriors, our values are rooted in courage, integrity and meaningful action. B Corp certification gives us a clear framework to measure our impact, strengthen the way we work, and hold ourselves accountable to the people, communities and environment around us.

For us, this is not about recognition or comparison. It is about staying committed to creating positive change, continuing to learn, and building a business that reflects the values we believe in every day.

Community

We are committed to making a positive difference in our local communities. To support this, we provide our employees with one paid day of volunteering, giving them the choice to engage with causes they care about. Over the last year, our team has donated time to various organisations, including Shakespeare’s Globe and Football Beyond Borders. As part of our commitment to social impact, Global Warriors also offers pro-bono work and reduced-cost services to organisations that contribute to society in a meaningful way. We have strengthened our commitment to these causes by formally pledging to donate 2% of profits to charity, in the form of cash donations and pro bono work.

All of our coaches are accredited with the International Confederation of Coaches, ensuring that we stay at the top of our game and what we’re able to deliver. Our services are also grounded in robust secondary research, reinforcing the meaningful impact of our work and guiding our methodology with evidence-based insights.

Environment

As Global Warriors operates on a remote basis, we promote the use of environmentally preferred products and practices, such as recycling and responsible waste disposal when working remotely and provide our staff with the resources required to facilitate this. We have reinforced our commitment to sustainability by introducing policies that promote sustainable practices across both our virtual offices. From actively encouraging recycling, to offsetting our emissions using Switch2Zero, we are taking significant steps to minimise our environmental footprint and contribute to a more sustainable future.

Governance

We recognise the importance of strong governance in upholding transparency and accountability. These principles strengthen our business for both our clients and employees. Our Senior Management Team conducts reviews of our environmental and social key performance indicators against our environmental and social targets. These reviews ensure that we take action to drive continuous improvements. By aligning our reporting and disclosures with recognised third-party standards, we maintain objectivity, credibility, and transparency in communicating our impact and performance.
