Men's Well-being
We create a safe and intimate space to bring development, connection, mental health and peer support for men in their team. Previous programmes have been fully virtual, comprising a combination of experiential facilitator-led development sessions and “campfire” check-in sessions.
Themed workshops or away days
Learning is high impact, experiential, with reflective practice and follow-through actions to support organisational change and business objectives. Themes might include: transformation, resilience, building trust.
Well-being
We weave well-being into all our work and also provide focused, and deeply personal and impactful masterclasses that dig deeper than traditional approaches.
You can expect our sessions to get under the bonnet of themes such as Managing Your Nervous System, Men's Mental Health and Balancing your Mind through Change.
