Who we are!
We are warriors from diverse backgrounds, careers, cultures and beliefs. We're united in our mission. Our goal is to challenge complacency, leave a positive legacy, and inspire others to join us on this journey.
What Warrior means for us
The term "warrior" can be evocative, especially in today's world. We chose the name Global Warriors to open dialogue and conversation so together we can open hearts and minds. While some may have negative associations with the word, for us, "warrior" represents a courageous stand for peace, unity, compassion, humanity, and love. Global Warriors does not condone violence, discrimination, or harm to any beings.
Our mission promotes inclusive leadership by embracing teachings from diverse cultures and traditions. We adopted "warrior" to reflect "spiritual warriorship," a concept in Tibetan Buddhism and other spiritual teachings. This means being warriors of the mind—facing and overcoming inner demons to bring love and peace to ourselves and the world. We believe inner battles often escalate to outer conflicts, so our work focuses on self-awareness and self-development, providing the tools and skills for strong, conscious and peaceful leadership.
Our values
Five core values guide our work.
Bright - Illuminate what matters
We illuminate what is difficult to see, helping people view situations from new perspectives and unlocking insightful conversations that foster progress. We create engaging, psychologically safe environments where people feel encouraged to participate, explore new possibilities and take meaningful action. We create connections between people and ideas, bridging different perspectives in an increasingly disconnected world. We balance optimism with realism, maintaining energy and momentum without avoiding difficult conversations.
Dynamic - Move what matters
We remain responsive to emerging needs, changing circumstances and evolving group dynamics. We adapt our approach, role and interventions in service of people, purpose and client outcomes, while maintaining clarity of intent. We bring energy, curiosity and fresh thinking, recognising opportunities to move people, teams and organisations forward. We balance structure with responsiveness, knowing when to hold course, when to shift direction and when to challenge the status quo.
Brave - Stand for what matters
We demonstrate the courage to engage with uncertainty, discomfort and complexity in service of meaningful growth. We create space for honest conversations, respectfully challenge assumptions and encourage ourselves and others to move beyond familiar patterns in pursuit of new possibilities. We are willing to be vulnerable, recognising that growth begins with self-awareness and a commitment to continual learning. We have the courage of our convictions while remaining open to being challenged ourselves.
Integrity - Do what's right, not what's easy
We bring depth and a strong commitment to delivering meaningful outcomes. We act with authenticity, credibility and humility, building trust through consistent actions, honest communication and high professional standards. We take responsibility for the quality and impact of our work, choosing to do the right thing over the easy thing and continually reflecting, learning and strengthening our practice so our actions match what we stand for.
Wholehearted - Love matters
We build trusted partnerships that go beyond transactional delivery. We bring genuine care, commitment and respect to our work, creating spaces where people feel seen, valued and included. We show up for each other and nurture our relationships, knowing that when people thrive, the whole system is stronger. We unapologetically believe that love has a place in leadership and business and that connection is the foundation of trust, courage and lasting impact.
Accreditations
Our facilitators have our accreditation from the International Coaching Federation. It is the top globally recognised certifying body for coaching. We also have our ORSC and/or CoActive training or certification. They give us the systems perspective and approach in professional coaching. This helps hold diversity among participants and fosters inclusive spaces. Also, all our coaches have their own professional development portfolio. This will be training and certification in neuroscience, resilience, equine leadership, inclusive leadership development, and much more. Plus, many are trained and certified in professional coaching assessments for teams and individuals, such as DISC, Leadership Circle Profile, StandOut, and more.
Many of our Global Warriors facilitators coach and train coaches. They are front-of-the-room trainers to help coaches become Coaches.
