The Programme Solution
Rise Up! was positioned as an opportunity to do exciting, edgy, exhilarating work in the company of other women, to co-create an environment where you can truly see others and be seen yourself.
Delivered as a fully comprehensive, hybrid programme combining both in-person and virtual elements, cohorts of 12 leaders journeyed together over four months. This deeply transformative experience included a pre-programme Self-Discovery audit, a 3-day in-person workshop (including equine guided development) in either the USA or UK, small group learning circles, a whole group campfire conversation with managers and senior leaders, and virtual skills workshops, including masterclasses in assertiveness and breathwork.
The Results
In the days that followed the programme, participants reflected on the difference it had made to them in their roles and their lives. Feedback themes included:
