Vikki brings broad operational and leadership experience to Global Warriors, having built her career across creative, purpose-led and founder-led organisations.
After starting her career in television production, she moved into operational and business leadership, developing experience across strategy, people, operations, technology, finance and governance. That combination of creative thinking and practical problem-solving continues to shape her approach today.
She particularly enjoys bringing clarity to complexity, joining the dots across a business and creating the foundations that allow great people and good ideas to thrive. Passionate about building healthy organisations as well as successful ones, Vikki enjoys helping teams and ideas flourish while staying true to an organisation’s values and purpose. Known for being calm, practical and people-focused, she believes the best operations should enable rather than constrain, giving people the clarity and space to do their best work.
Outside work, Vikki can often be found supporting her husband at triathlon races whilst contemplating whether she might tackle one herself one day. She has shared her life with rescue Shar Peis over the years and has a particular soft spot for the breed.
