Or are you caught up in the chatter in your mind?

 

Set aside 5 minutes at the end of each day to reflect on what motivated you. Did you feel calm and connected to your purpose, or were you tossed on the storm of internal dialogue?

 

How could you shift things in future, so that your days are driven by a different force? Are there particular tasks, activities or relationships that tend to trigger your “monkey mind” to start whirring? How can you centre yourself, and return to that place of calm?
