Growing Together Through Change

Change is inevitable in our work and communities, and what excites one person might terrify another. Cisco's Global Marketing leadership recognised that their teams needed additional support during a period of major organisational change. They sought our help to create shared spaces where, together, team members could pause, reflect, connect, and grow, also knowing that they were valued and supported by their leaders.

Cisco is a global technology leader known for its innovative networking solutions. Founded in 1984, the company specialises in designing, manufacturing, and selling a broad range of products and services related to networking, cybersecurity, and the Internet of Things (IoT). Cisco's commitment to innovation, customer-centric solutions, and sustainability has solidified its position as a market leader in the technology sector.

The Programme

We designed a series of three self-contained workshop sessions for up to 20 participants, each exploring a different aspect of Change. They were supportive, intimate spaces for people to explore their unique experiences of change and develop tools, rituals, and mindsets to empower themselves.

The series ran virtually in three different regions: the Americas, Asia Pacific, Japan & China, and Europe, the Middle East & Africa. Participants could sign up voluntarily for as many as they wished, depending on their personal interests and needs. 

The Results

The entire series ran four times in each of the three geographies and had over 240 people sign up.

Participants positively received the decision to invest in their personal and professional development during times of major change. Instead of ignoring the emotional impact of change,  leadership clearly signaled their commitment to their people's well-being, unity, and empowerment. This engendered feelings of trust and confidence in the Global Marketing leaders.
