The Programme Solution

Already progressive and creative in their usual team practices and rituals, the senior team from Raison d'Etre was keen to stretch itself with a new experience that would offer opportunities for deep transformation both individually and as a leadership collective.

We designed a bespoke 1.5-day development experience for them at our equine center near London, where our horse team is based. Participants engaged in a series of activities that promote self-awareness, communication, trust, and leadership skills, all facilitated by the intuitive and responsive nature of horses. This unique, gentle approach fosters deeper insights and transformative learning in a supportive and reflective environment.

The Results

The client's feedback was that the experience impacted people immediately. While some returned home having overcome a personal fear of horses, others had transformed their consciousness of their energetic impact on others. All had been amazed at the accelerated learning they'd received and that they could apply immediately as a team.
