A Psychology graduate, Lola previously enjoyed a successful career in recruitment, with a talent for creating lucrative new business opportunities through relationships. She worked for leading IT and Media Recruitment companies before becoming a Coach.
Since 2007 Lola has coached and consulted with leaders in a range of sectors including information technology, media, fashion, education and criminal justice.
She also played a key part in pioneering and establishing coaching for young people in prisons. Lola designed, and trained 25 Coaches to deliver, an award-winning leadership programme which continues to be rolled out to hundreds of young men through prisons in London and the South East, with life-changing results.
In her private practice, she works with visionary and innovative leaders. A specialist in transformation, she increases the impact and effectiveness of leaders by helping them to lead with authority and tap into the power of their authentic leadership.
Lola brings clarity through her work. Her fun, compassionate and direct style allows her clients to access their full range and own their specific brand of personal power responsibly, effectively and impactfully.
A lover of Cuban dance and culture, her down-time is usually spent with her lovely 10-year-old son, Phoenix or salsa dancing in London or somewhere around the world.
