Jo is a Leadership & Team Coach-Facilitator with Global Warriors.
An experienced sales and customer marketing professional with 15 years business experience in blue chip FMCG organisations, she is now a facilitator and Organisation and Relationship Systems Coach, and is ACC accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Jo founded her coaching and training business in 2008 with the mission to bring humanity to work and enable the important and meaningful conversations (individuals, teams, partnerships) to unleash high performance. During the last 12 years Jo has worked internationally across FMCG, banking, public, arts and charity sectors, both supporting the development of essential people skills to lead and manage teams better, as well as coaching teams to become genuinely High Performing. She spent two years coaching professional dancers in their transition to a post-performance career and loves to coach individuals who want to design their lives for the better.
Jo’s style is warm, compassionate, playful and pragmatic. She supports her clients to feel safe enough to explore the real issues and to get alignment to moving forward, as well as to bring their whole selves to work to make the workplace a more humane environment.
A keen gardener and lover of wildlife, Jo has volunteered at a Namibian wildlife sanctuary four times over the last eight years and is a huge fan of both big cats and primates. In the UK she loves country walks and chilling with her two (smaller) cats, Bonnie and Clyde.
