Celebrating Small Charity Week, the leadership development and coaching specialists demonstrate how business can be a force for good, supporting charities focused on girls’ education and football.
Hampshire, 22nd June 2026 — Global Warriors, the internationally recognised leadership development and coaching company, has today announced its certification as a B Corporation (or B Corp), joining a global movement of businesses committed to balancing profit with purpose.
Corp certification recognises organisations that meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. Global Warriors joins more than 10,700 Certified B Corporations worldwide and over 2,700 in the UK, all committed to using business as a force for good.
Chris Turner, Executive Director of B Lab UK, said: "Welcoming Global Warriors to the B Corp community is hugely exciting. Its commitment to doing business differently will be an inspiration to others and will help spread the notion that success in business is as much about people as it is profit."
As Small Charity Week shines a spotlight on the vital role of grassroots organisations, Global Warriors is marking the milestone by strengthening its support for charities that create opportunities for young women through education, football and community programmes.
One such partnership is with Rare Charity, which provides access to education for talented young people in rural tea-growing communities. Through the partnership, Global Warriors will sponsor a university scholar in Malawi, helping a young woman access opportunities that might otherwise be beyond reach.
Tom Schrieber, Managing Director of Rare Charity, said: "For many talented young women in rural tea-growing communities, opportunities are rare; a growing number are prevented from accessing education due to financial limitations. So this partnership with Global Warriors is both timely and significant. A fully supported university scholarship is transformative for a young woman from these communities. It creates the opportunity to gain the knowledge, skills and self-belief to create change for herself and others, on her own terms."
Global Warriors is also supporting The Rachel Yankey Foundation, with COO Sarah Nendick providing pro bono treasurer support to help strengthen the charity's financial resilience and long-term impact.
Founded by Rachel Yankey OBE, one of England's most celebrated footballers, a former England Lioness and Arsenal legend, the Foundation uses football as a platform to inspire, develop and create opportunities for young girls from grassroots communities.
Rachel Yankey OBE said: "This work goes far beyond the pitch. It's about confidence, opportunity and helping young people believe in what they're capable of achieving. When organisations like Global Warriors contribute their skills and expertise, they help charities like ours create even greater impact for the girls and communities we serve."
Together, these partnerships reflect Global Warriors' commitment to creating opportunities for people to realise their potential, whether in the classroom, on the pitch, or beyond.
"From the very beginning, Global Warriors has never been just about leadership development. We exist to create the conditions for meaningful transformation, helping people lead with greater authenticity, courage and purpose,” says CEO and Founder of Global Warriors Biba Binotti.
"We're passionate about supporting organisations that create real impact at community level. Whether that's helping young women access higher education, or helping them find new opportunities and reach their potential through football, these partnerships reflect the values at the heart of our business.
We're incredibly proud to join the global B Corp community and remain committed to using business as a force for good, creating impact that lasts for people, communities and future generations."
